Before the renovation, this was a tired single-story strip building: mismatched facades, a dated canopy and a parking lot full of standing water and broken pavement. After, the same footprint is a clean, modern retail building — stone veneer and metal panel facade, uniform black awnings, new storefronts, and a freshly paved and striped parking lot.
