RBF Construction works throughout all of Oakland County, from the northern townships along I-75 — Holly, Groveland, Springfield, Independence and Orion — down through the business corridors of Auburn Hills, Troy and Southfield and into the established neighborhoods of Birmingham, Bloomfield, Royal Oak and Ferndale. Our Flint headquarters sits just up I-75, so Oakland County job sites are a short drive for our crews and equipment.
Oakland County has some of Michigan’s most active construction demand: office and professional buildings along the I-75 and M-59 corridors, medical offices and clinics serving a large and growing population, restaurants and retail along Telegraph, Woodward, Novi Road and Rochester Road, and homeowners investing in kitchens, baths and new custom homes on lake lots and acreage in the northern and western townships.

Residential Remodeling and New Homes
For Oakland County homeowners we handle kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions and ground-up custom homes. Because we have our own excavation and site work division, we’re a strong fit for new homes on rural and lake lots in places like Clarkston, Holly, Highland, Milford, Oxford and White Lake, where clearing, grading, driveways and utility connections are a big part of the job.
Commercial Construction
For businesses and developers we build and renovate offices, restaurants, medical facilities and retail space — from a tenant build-out in a Southfield or Troy office building to a ground-up quick-service restaurant with a drive-thru. We work with your architect on design-bid-build projects or deliver the whole project through design-build.
